Pretty nifty clockgame. I dug the simple colours and graphical style. I finished level 10 with less than 100 spins, and I know I could have been a bit more efficient with my spincounts per level, so... there's a real replayability factor in terms of improving your efficiency and speed. I dig it. The timelimits seem to be too high, though. Also, music would be very very nice to have in the background, as the sound effects are very sparse.
To those who are complaining that it's too easy as you can isolate single clock by single clock to individually make them point at 12... of course you can, but that's only ONE method. As I was just talking about, using as few spins as possible is the real challenge here, not making all six clocks point to 12. If you can stop ONE clock on one spin to get it to line up with 2 other clocks, then hold the 3 other clocks while those 3 spin to bring all 6 into alignment, and then spin all 6 to 12... that's far more satisfying that just one-by-one'ing it. Give it a try the hard way, eh?

First off, supercongrats on nabbing the daily 1st place on a day of 117 protects! That's just impressive as all get out in this day and age.
Secondly... I must praise you for creating such a wonderful noir feel with your viusals. From the constant rainfall (great blinds effect with the numerous windows from dark outside to slightly darker inside, BTW) to the dark shadows and wonderful shades of grey... to the nice, simple music and the good character design and everything... an excellent beginning to the flash.
Then comes the text message. It was certainly a good message, but I feel that perhaps you could have better integrated it into the wonderful visual flash you had going beforehand. Perhaps you or another clock delivering a speech? Or maybe you didn't want to have any voices. I dunno. Anyway, I just find myself wishing the first part had continued on, but if a message being delivered was the main goal of this flash, then it was a success. Bravo!

PalmTreeClock looks pretty cool. Okay intro there... As for the rockin' music video... heh. If you were gonna go with a badly drawn stickman band, I would have steered a bit further away from the Chinese stereotypes and penis instruments.... and just done a Group X - Bang Bang Bang/Schfifty Fife/whatever parody or something. 'Twould have been much much better of a music video. Oh welly wells. ;_;

Only four pages of BBS search results for Bedn? I'm surprised it's not more. #;-}>
Anyway, I love the old BaconBurgerClock stuff, so it's always good to see a new take on the old fun. Bedn + All your base = gold. I loved Tom pounding the desk and holding his head in despair/disbelief. NG frontpage Bedning was good, too. Heh. Very very nice work. I only wish there'd been even more Bedn photoshops present, they were just... that... GOOD! Oh, and nice special features section! heh.

Well, the connection to Clock Day was kinda tenuous, but I went ahead and counted it as one of the 70 clock-themed flashes from yesterday.
And it was certainly trippy, fucked up, and somewhat funny, so... congratulations on accomplishing a tricky-orgasm-B-band-playing-music jumble of wacky fun fun. The hairy balls clock, though, man... did you really have to put in the HAIRY balls?! heh.

Well, it was nifty jazz... and it went really well with the seizure-inducing background and RIP 2001-2003 text...
And I suppose you drew some dead clocks fairly well, as well. But all that said, I'm a bit disappointed there wasn't a bit more to it. Still, one of 70 fun fun varying-quality clock-themed flashes submitted yesterday, so... yay?

Wheee. Nice change of pace in the song department in this one. Awesome pacing and action and funfun and music and everything! I liked the simple visual style... And yes, it was short, but who cares? Short and SWEET and that's the key.
A little techno and some awesome credits! Thanks for including all those wild pics and all. Tehy were nifty. The whole thing was, in fact. Woo!

Nice custom preloader graphics and all. Good song choices, too (gotta be the fourth clockflash I've reviewed with Lennon or the Beatles in it, though, I'm glad you saved that for the credits at least). Congrats on getting daily 2nd place, BTW!
Turd walkin' down the street... speakin' out honestly to each and every person or clock he meets. heh. I dig the visual style... and really nifty sound effects and all, too! SBC has a funny way of shopping for jewelry (and suits, as we later find out), I must say. Five turdfinger discount for Turd, apparently. And such hostility from SBC to Turd, too. ;_;
What's with the guy with the super hairy neck and arms, anyway? O_o Annnnnywho, 'twas a funny fun fun time. Hooray!

The "disclaimer" text and v/o at the start took a looong time to pass by on my old comp, so that was a bit of a downer, but once all three sluggish frames were out of the way, things got better, so I was happy about that.
I think I actually remember the thing you're talking about (you saying J & Silent Clock would be coming back in a Clerks parody), though I haven't seen Donnie Clocko in quite some time. So anyway, I enjoyed this a good deal, though the pauses between the one-half-of-the-dialogue we get to hear sometimes took a bit too long to pass by. My computer, again, is probably making it worse.
Still, quite funny and worthwhile! A good attempt and a great concept and funny backgrounds and all, too. Aside from speeding up some of the laggy parts, the only thing I'd advise adding is some needed music (that'd help with those silent bits as well). Ha ha, Golden Guns... MWTGG... fun fun fun. "I was wondering why I got a phone call from a boss I don't have"... classic.
Happy Clock Day 2004!
Author's Response:
Yeh. I tried to make comedic pauses but they didn't go down well. Especially when they lagged for some.
Glad to hear you enjoyed it though :)

B's birthday... woo hoo. B sleeps under 1337-brand sheets, eh? Heh. Oh noe, B turned puke green. ;_;
Haha... yay, super clock party for sick ol' B. Happy 3rd bithday, B! And 3rd Clock Day, for that matter. Heh. Anywho, this was a bit short, but it was a pretty good clockdayflash, so... fun nonetheless, thanks!
